Join us for a fun afternoon in a supportive group for girls only.   Learn about the power of positive *I AM* messages, breathing, mediation, and yoga, in preparing for your coming exams. Girls in grades 6 through 12 are welcome.


Exam Anxiety
  • learn practical strategies that you can use to stay calm and focused during exams

  • explore healthy approaches to coping with stress

  • understand the stress response

  • understand fear and make it your friend

  • practice specific breathing and relaxation techniques

  • includes 90 minute yoga/meditation class
